After years of flirting with Mother Nature’s goodies (kale chips, anyone)? I’m taking the plunge into a full-on plant based lifestyle. That’s right—no moo, no cluck, no oink, just all the veggie goodness this earth can offer.🌎💚

Why now, you ask ? Maybe it’s because I’ve binged every Netflix food doc there is….Wow, the information was mind blowing and very persuasive. I’m ready to make everything from an instagram smoothie bowls to stir-frying a tofu Indian curry dish !

Either way, I’m diving in armed with quinoa, tofu, and an alarming number of chickpeas. I’ll be sharing every hilarious misstep (ever burned lentils )? and small victory (hello hummus) right here. Get ready for some tasty recipes, bad puns, and a whole lot of plant love !❤️
